    OP, are you reading the answers to your previous posts?

    People have been recommending workout programs and telling you that a calorie deficit is needed to lose weight.

    You cannot spot reduce. It will come off where/when it wants to.

    You can't really spot burn fat. All you can do is eat at a deficit and follow a good workout routine and the results will come. A good beginner workout routine is something like ppl. Google ppl workout and that should give you a good starting routine.

    Love yourself! And then do your exercise and food planning out of love for yourself.
