£19 a month for Puregym here in the UK, gives me acess to the 2 Puregyms in the town I live in and the 2 in the town my best friend lives in, just wish it/they had a spa and they would be perfect

Just wanted to add this one. Me in size 36 jeans and a size L t shirt. By my count I haven't been able to get into a size L shirt since I was 17 (Im 33 in 3 weeks time!)

There's a pair of these machines at my local gym, while I agree that I cant think what benifit they would be for weight loss, MAN are they good for your back after a heavy weights session! Sit on one for 60 seconds and turn the vibrations up to full, sooooo good. But yeah, cant see how they could possibly help you lose…
