Hi guys, just wondered if anyone else did this..

Ive started filming my workouts, usually once a week, so I can go back and look at them, see where I can improve and share them online so people can give me tips. If you would like to take a look the 3 I've done so far can be found here, any feedback, tips you would like to share would mean a lot..

    Cool tumbling drill! :+1:

A couple of form issues i noticed:

It looks like your right foot points out too far on squats. That can cause knee problems. Check to see if your kneecap is aligned with your foot, while standing with both feet parallel to each other.

On lunges, your knees go past your toes - they should stay behind them. Basically step farther. Stretching hamstrings may help.
