I haven't reached my goal yet but i'm almost there
SW- 189 lbs
CW- 163 lbs
GW- 143 lbs

40 lbs down, 85 lbs to go. But lovin' the difference already ESPECIALLY in my face!

Wow!!! There are amazing transformations here! It's so exciting and inspiring....here is my photo:
The photo on the left is from March and the right was taken yesterday. I started my weight loss in January at 240lbs....and have lost 67lbs.

Before (Feb. 12, started my diet in May)
After (Nov. 15, lost most of my weight during the first two years though. I lost 20 kgs overall - around 40 lbs)

This is me after 92 lbs lost, not finished yet but proud!
About 235 lbs down to about 170.
