    Try not to laugh at whatever face I'm making in the before photo last year. 40lbs lost so far, but still another 25lbs to go! It's crazy how much weight I have lost in my face already; I didn't fully realize the difference until I compared these photos.

    Great result. It's a good inspiration for me, because I have very similar parameters and similar weight goal. Thank you for sharing. I wish you to be 140lbs as soon as possible. Good luck!

    Currently, I am 225 lbs. My goal weight is 140 lbs, so I still have a ways to go. It's funny how I totally did not feel like myself at my higher weight. When I looked in the mirror, it was like staring at a different person. Now, I can start to at least see myself as I was when I was skinny (140 lbs). Being overweight completely distorts facial features and changes how a person looks.

    I'm 42 pounds down from my heaviest. Big difference in my face. I seem to put on weight on my face very quickly. Currently trying to lose the last stubborn 8 pounds
