  • That's almost a pound a week, actually that's pretty good. I bet most Dr's would be very pleased with that. The rate isn't as important as just staying committed with it. I think that's awesome! Good luck in the future!

  • 76 pounds is an awesome accomplishment! I wouldn't worry about what someone said, friend or foe. If you have the self control to loose that much weight, surely you can overlook someone caddy remark. You're stronger than that! :)

  • The main driving force for me is my grandson. I want to be able to be involved with him and not just sitting back and watching. There's a lot to show and do with him and I want to do my part as an active Papaw. Another is I've had people tell me I can't do it without using Advocare or something like that. They are wrong!
