Need to give it a little longer. Also, think about it from the perspective of changing your lifestyle, not just trying to reach a weight goal. What type of exercising are you doing?

    Give it longer.

Also, use a food scale for solids and semi solid foods. Chances are you are overestimating servings.

You want to give up only a week in? You'll need a lot more patience if you want to hit your goals.

A lot of factors can hide your fat loss. If you are ovulating or your actual flow week you can gain a crazy amount of water weight.
Starting a new exercise regime can do the same, this is more evident if you don't have much to lose.

How much weight are you trying to cut?

When You first start working out your cells hold more water...
... some ppl even GAIN ... but it's water not fat.

You'll have a "whoosh" in another week.

Hang in there. It takes a little while to get things going the way you want them to go.
