I haven't heard of these before but after Ally became a thing, I'm skeptical of any "blocker" type product. If the carbs come out the same way fat did with ally, that's not a side effect you want.

I'm not a huge fan of mio. If I need something with a little extra flavor or if I'm feeling a little icky, I get powerade zero. But NOT G2, Gatorade's light calorie equivalent. It's full of carbs!

My boyfriend and I are both LC (finally!) so I make him his own goodies and he lays off mine. He likes the low carb pumpkin muffins I make him and in return he won't eat my cheesecake bites. String cheese, pepperonis, homemade cheese its (bake thin sliced cheese on parchment paper for 35 min at 250) or if I'm in a hurry and craving something sweet I'll grab a low carb shake (I love strawberry!)

This is usually burger and fries night so I replaced it with a turkey burger with pepper jack cheese and homemade keto friendly cheese its. Plus we did a major hike so I earned a second burger!

@KnitOrMiss I try to minimize my diary as it usually makes me stuffy and too much gives me a tummy ache. I used to save my limited amounts of dairy for ice cream. Now I save it for cheese. I love cheese!

Thanks! I should also mention that yesterday before bed, I wanted a little snack but I was out of carbs and more meat just sounded off putting! I ended up going without an additional snack and felt ok. But man did I want something sweet!
