I stated in my first comment that i was eating around 1200 and netting at 1,000 how can i possibly eat less? theres loads of forums where people have switched to bmr/tdee and increased calories and lost alot more

I wish i'd not posted now all you get is critism, my bmr is 100% right because ive had it done at the gym twice and thats what your body burns before doing anything. Thanks ive done the class before, its not that i want to build muscle i just dont want any flabby bits when ive lost the weight i want to loose but it's similar to insanity and you tone up really well with insanity so im hoping it produces same results
