I was looking back at my old post. I can't believe it's been that long since I weighed in or posted anything. I've been walking but between finals and my "break" from school (48-60 hr work weeks instead of class) I guess I dropped the ball.

No change! But I've also been horrible and haven't been walking or counting calories and not eating well. I just finished my test so I can try to get back on track. On the bright side I haven't gained anything!

I haven't been tracking calories for the past few days and haven't walked. I feel the difference. I'm feeling blah, and drained. After work I plan on making myself walk at least 30 min! Hoping this 12 hour shift is easy peazy!

CW: 257 I haven't been doing the meal replacement bars and shakes from the doctors office (it's too expensive). I'm just counting calories and walking 20-30 miles per week. It's coming along but I think I need to add in some strength training!

I started doing the challenges in map my walk. The weekly/monthly goals make me want to get up and take time to workout.

I had my first test of the semester I got an 82, was shooting for an A. (I'm in nursing school so for me a low B isn't very good (I know it could be worse).) On top of that I had a rough night. I just want something chocolate! But instead I'm on the hike and bike trail half way through an 1.5 hour walk. Hoping my craving…

I've been preparing for a test that's Tuesday, and have been working more shifts (I work nights). This week I walked twelve miles, versus 24 miles the week before. I have managed to still lose but only because I've cut my calories. I need to walk today!!!

Can Someone add my Cw: 260.4 as of 9/9/15!

So I know for sure the distance is correct (I checked it against my car). But the calories burned are off. I use the map my walk (blue and white) also. If you put the distance and speed into mfp it's off by almost half. I went a head and changed my wieght in the map my walk app. I put I weigh 200 lbs instead of 261. Now…

I am the same since last weigh in. But I had a weigh in at the dr. Office. According to their analysis I have lost 1.1% of my fat mass and my bmi has gone down from 48 to 45. So I'm happy about that.

Walked 4 miles fort thing this morning before sitting to study! Btw, does any one use map my walk? I know the mileage is correct but what's up with the calories burned. Thinking it's not accurate...

I have struggled with gaining weight for as long as I can remember. I remember my weight creeping up to 175 and thinking, "as long as I don't get above 190" and years later being 240 and thinking, "as long as I don't get above 250..." At my heaviest I weighed 280 lbs. about 2.5 years ago I used MFP counted calories, walked…

Hello, I am currently in nursing school entering my third semester. 2.5 years ago I managed to lose 40 lbs using MFP. I kept the weight off until recently. Yes the challenge of finding balance between school, work, kids, and everything else has lead me back to where I was before. I'm starting over. My ultimate goal is to…
