I feel like it's good some days... But you can get soooo much more food if you eat whole foods. 1 medium pizza is like 1500+ calories. I could eat so much more for 1500.

Usually around 50P/40C/10F when maintaining weight. Lost over 30lbs doing 50P/10C/40F though.

Go to the any gym with a treadmill, put it on max incline and walk for 40 minutes or so (not fast). I do it for my cardio and in 40 minutes you can burn about 500 calories just by walking.

Just because you don't workout one day, doesn't mean you should eat less! It's all about what you do consistently! I think you should try eating around 1500 a day for a few weeks and see how your body reacts to it. If you don't lose weigh then try upping your cardio or lowering your caloric intake slightly!
