I have been eating all the calorie what MFP stated and I get to eat a little more with daily exercise... Thanks rabbitjb! I enjoy walking but it's a shame it doesn't burn as much as other exercises!! :neutral: It's okay... May be I'll take it slow & steady!

Ahhhh that's great both! I will go with 248 for definite... Rather be conservative... :) 491 did feel a bit excessive!

Thanks a lot for your response! Never actually considered monitoring the HR..will need to invest in a watch as I do want to know as a rough guidance but didn't expect it to be this different!
