I feel like it took a while to actually see the difference.. But once I got leaning, the differences were noticeable almost every few days! The battle is feeling that your making progress when you can't see it. But that just comes down to trusting the process!

I use to weigh in every couple of days! But now hardly ever, I use the mirror for tracking my progress and that's about it.

I rarely hit 10k steps.. Going by my Fitbit I average 5.5/6k steps a day..

No, thats not what I was saying. What I meant was when I started, I went down the route of eating fruit, veg and lean proteins but not tracking. I hit a wall and fat loss basically stopped, and someone said to me work out your calories, I was having around 1400/1500cals a day. Which is extremely low for a 230 plus pound…
