I did about half of it, L2D5, and then got bored with the same workout every single day. I still incorportate the workout once or twice a week in my routine, but I find that it gets monotonous, even though it really is a fantastic workout! good luck!

@mscote12 I had the same problem, mixed it up a bit and finally lost interest. I still do a daily 20 mins exercise, but I joined gymondo.de, perhaps there is something similar in your country. sounds good! the shred is great! but the same workout every single day is ridiculously boring. I switched to gymondo.de its 2eur a month and I find it fantastic.

I have trouble with the skipping part of the first cardio routine. Somehow it works during the last set. I continue with back kicks or jumping jacks when I cant go on with the skipping. I think it should be ok. When teh pain is really bad, I would suggest you take a rest day. Muscles need time to regenerate and a days rest…

finished day 2 last evening, gave it all, still burned 197 calories only. Today I will go to the gym for "Hot Iron", so Day 3 would be that instead. Day 4 back to shredding!

Hi My name is Radhika, started the program yesterday. I am 29 years old. 70 kg and only 145cm. I have started the shred a few times but always gave up within the first week, mostly because fo laziness. I hope to finish the 30 days this time and manage to stay within teh defined calorie limits. I have a long way to go!
