Agree with new point system I was a weight watcher for years, with new program is to much focused on sugar. Mfp much more sensible

I have been a weight watcher for years yes fruits are zero points , but that doesn't,t mean you can eat endlessly they still contain calories, even though calories are not counted you have to be careful you don,t eat to many. Hope that helps your leader will say same .use caution

How many calories have you been having, you might want to go 100 calories less to see if that works.

I think for me it works better if I keep my breakfast low calorie, I like cream of wheat with almond milk a little sweetener. Last 2 mornings I had pancakes 3 small frozen with syrup, which added to 420 calories, and I went up almost 2 lbs. so back to 3 meals and a few snacks whithin my calories with exercise, low calories…

I weigh myself first with a 3 lb weight, then I weigh myself and it gives me a true reading, if you don,t have a 2 lb difference from last weight taken it registers last reading I learned by throwing a pair of scales away ,then went to web of digital scales . That works for me

I was a weight watcher for years but agree fully they have over done the points as far as sugar one piece of cake can use almost all your points, finally decided I need a change , and this is so much better, you can work treats in , this is the way to go .

It,s very important to log everything that we eat. I just found out .my calorie requirements is 1200 a day to loose 2 lbs a week, I walk 50 minutes a day, which you can use the extra calories into your daily count, if I use them I don,t loose, so am trying to stick to my 1200 daily. I do like this program very much
