Oh my goodness! What time do you go to sleep at night?! lol I really wish I could push myself.. I get up at 6am to take care of my 1 year old and get ready for work at 8am, and I feel sluggish as all heck!

I have read about body resistance training. I am trying to learn more about it because it does interest me. My little man doesn't go into the room where I workout, and I workout after I put him to bed for the night so it lessens the chance of him getting hurt. I have definitely thought about that for sure! Well I injured myself September 2014 when I was working out too hard. I tore a ligament in my knee. I was able to start working out again after it healed.. then I got pregnant in January 2015 and gained 60 lbs. Now I have this chronic pain in my knee. I feel like I should work out right when I get home then eat later. I know there was a few threads where I notice some were talking about eating late and that it's bad for your metabolism. So I was curious if others did have success with such a routine. Thanks all for your input!
