Hey! Congrats on completing the most difficult step which is starting change... This app is fantastic and I find that it truly keeps me accountable. I won't eat anything that I can't put in my diary. It's also a great place to find motivation! I've been on it daily for almost three months now. Get it girl and good luck! Feel free to add me if you would like some more friends xoxo

Hey guys! I'm hoping to find some Denver locals to get active with, maybe a dog walking group? Let me know if you are interested, there's strength in numbers!

Let's connect in the group: Losing it in Colorado

Welcome, adding friends who have similar diets/ dietary philosophies is an excellent way to stay on track. You will learn a lot about what may or may not work for you by reading others' diaries and seeing what they do in terms of exercise routines. We are all here to better ourselves and have better, healthier futures and this is a great place to find support and motivation to do it. I am a low carb/ketogenic dieter and that may not be your thing, but anyone can add me.
