Incredible! I agree, I try to enjoy everything that comes with healthy eating because I know that my weight won't fall off. I have started my diet today on the 26th after 3 days of overeating. But only 1 more day of overeating, new years day and then I'm back on my diet

Thank you, I went over my calorie limit one time a week sometimes twice, the rest of the days I was very strict. Almost all of my meals were tasty. I am fortunate enough to enjoy my favorite normal meals almost as much as food ordered from restaurants.

I I used to do about 10 minutes moderate intensity on my exercise bike and lift weights for a few minutes. I then tried to step it up to improve my chronic fatigue by doing push ups,sit ups and tricep dips but It got worse. I would suggest you spend some of the next couple of weeks researching and testing what you enjoy eating that keeps you under your calorie goal. There is a very big food database here to help. As well as a recipe section on the forums. Good luck on your journey and I hope you get what your after

You could try just smelling your food, that could make a few hours pass by (joking) but it could help trick your brain that you've eaten Also listening to a podcast can make an hour or two fly by

Thank you all for your replies. I am going to try what robin said I had been trying hiit for a year and I couldn't break my plateau. Then I do steady state and lose 7 lbs in under 3 weeks. I find it after I exercise that my mood changes so maybe doing hiit using my weights will help. I also bought an exercise mat to do…

I wasn't losing any more weight doing hiit or I would
-
I'll look into doing different types of hiit. My worry was that my body would get used to it and I would have to stop for a period
