Same here, I’ll hit my goals every day within a 100 calorie limit then when weekends come I “reward” myself. When I was in incredible shape I would log all my meals before my day started if I Had a clue on what I was going to eat. If not, before eating I would log all that I had in front of me (it takes commitment) then I…

That was over a year ago when I was around 4% which was crazy. I’ve found it harder to get rid of this fat this time around

Not sure to be honest, this time last year I was eating 300+ calories than what I am now and I was in better shape :0

Yeah since I'm an athlete, it is what I should be consuming in order to maintain relative muscle maintenance. It also makes me feel better than eating loads of carbs fats, etc

Drink at least 2 glasses of water before eating

If they like chicken wings I made these the other day and they have a fraction of the calories, fat and relatively high in protein/vitamins http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/buffalo-cauliflower-bites/?bb=disable if you don't like hot sauce you can substitute the coating with something else that's thick like barbecue or something…

Intermittent fasting would probably help you with that. Your body runs like a well oiled machine when it's not slowed down by large quantities of food. When you eat late at night it delays your bodies process to rebuild itself. So if possible it is wise to stop eating by around 7 and then start back up at 9 in the morning.…

You and I are worlds apart. The thing that gave me great results is being disciplined to logging in everything I ate with high consumption of broccoli spinach kale etc with protein to match my body weight. I never had enough calories to "play" so my body had no choice but to use good fuel.

I like to mix a can of tuna, salt, pepper, mayo, and a half of an avocado in a frying pan with some oil and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes a side.
-
Avocado in a smoothie? I have never thought of that

Very helpful! Thank you I will keep that in mind next time I get a chance!

When using a crockpot don't you need some sort of liquid or did I misunderstand your post?
-
First time using the crockpot (I'm a big boy now) and I used skinless boneless chicken (which was a mistake) next time I'll use something with higher fat content
-
That's all you need?
-
Do you think the fat contents in the pot keep it from being dry?
-
wow sounds awesome! So I really don't need to throw everything in the pot and soak it with water? Just enough liquid to cover th chicken/meat and that's all that's needed?
-
what does the broth do?
-
The whole premise behind "free" is the low calorie high fiber, I agree that nothing is free but if you eat a pound 100 cals of broccoli, your body burns almost the same or over with the fiber amount to basically offset it

I used the 7 site skin fold. I had just worked out when I took it, so for comfort Sake I'll say I'm up to 9%.
-
Whatever does the trick for you I recommend this method because it keeps you away from the junk as much as possible because you have a "eat clean now play later" mindset that helps you stay focused
