Stubborn fat

Does anyone else here have just a little extra lower belly fat that just won’t go away? I would like to say I’m around 12% body fat and I can see my top two packs but I’m still not able to see the bottom one because that stubborn fat. Does anyone have any similar issues that they have worked through? I’m assuming it’s just a matter of losing a little bit more fat and calorie deficit but what do I know.

It is just a deficit.
The less you have to lose the harder it becomes.5 -

How lean do you want to be? Are you competing? Assuming those pictures are you all the abs are visable so I’m confused by the post0 -

That was over a year ago when I was around 4% which was crazy. I’ve found it harder to get rid of this fat this time around

4% body fat takes a huge amount of effort. Are you up for it? Why not just be the best you can be?8

What a bizarrely weird question! Obviously 4% bf IS the best he can be, because he's already done it, duh. Why are you trying to discourage him? Clearly he's "up for it" if he's done it before. If the dude wants be 4% again, I say good for him, congrats and best of luck. He doesn't need you questioning his goals.16 -

You think he doesn’t know that? He’s done it before clearly he has the will power and drive.
Good luck OP.13 -
