In need of someone that can really give me an idea of what's going on. A few months ago I decided to really cut back on junk and eat really clean. I worked out a lot and lost over 13 pounds but now I eat a little bit more 2800 cal worked out a little bit less heart rate wise, (still heavily active) gained back all of the fat that I lost and I tried to do it again a few weeks ago to get back down to where I wanted to be but had no success it may have something to do with the fact that I dropped caloric intake but I'm not sure. when I started I went from eating around 2800 cal to 2400 cal and just worked out at least once a day and also doing carb cycling one day carbs one day fats then I stopped and got up to around 3000 cal a day. Then dropped down to 2800 again but I didn't look to the same as when I started. I wanted to maintain but I don't know what happened now I'm eating around 2500 cal working out and burning over 4000 cal according to fit bit and I really don't see any sort of progress and I can't even say I'm eating bad I'm eating my protein amount each day which is around 190 grams with my fat of 85 g and carbs around 255 could somebody please help me understand how to get my metabolism back to where it should be

Your metabolism is fine. You have to stick to a calorie goal to get the desired effect.
Junk and clean really has 1) not much to do with food and eating, and 2) no fully agreed upon meaning and 3) no impact on weight loss.
Your protein goal is quite high, and fat goal very low, it that how you like to eat?4 -

Yeah since I'm an athlete, it is what I should be consuming in order to maintain relative muscle maintenance. It also makes me feel better than eating loads of carbs fats, etc3 -

Fat is important to hormones.
Fitbit are notoriously inaccurate, more so for athletes.0 -
Work with your team training, strength, or conditioning staff to get in the shape you want to be in.
