Metabolism
I am 21 years old and I haven't been hungry for about two weeks. I have also added on a noticeable amount of fat in those two weeks. I've played football and during practice I'm sweating a considerable amount so I feel like there is a piece of the pie missing. Any experts know what could be the source of this because I…

Workouts for lazy people
Today is probably one of those days where I might see the sun one time. I was wondering if there's a sweat dripping exercise that knocks out calories more than Stallone. I hear burpees and jump rope are excellent fat/calorie burners

Eat fat and still lose fat?
Most people starting out a diet think that in order to lose fat you have to completely cut out fat or carbs. That is not the case.
