I am 21 years old and I haven't been hungry for about two weeks. I have also added on a noticeable amount of fat in those two weeks. I've played football and during practice I'm sweating a considerable amount so I feel like there is a piece of the pie missing. Any experts know what could be the source of this because I want to feel like I'm hungry again

It sounds like you have been eating more lately.1

Nobody adds a noticeable amount of fat in two weeks. You're probably bloated. How much are you eating and why do you want to feel hungry? Not feeling hungry is a vague complaint as you may not feel hungry because you are eating more or you may feel hungry because you are sick or hot.1

is it hunger or appetite?
I know I can be hungry and not feel like eating anything because it's all boring.
As for seeing more fat..probably not really bloated maybe? swoll from the practices? water retention?0 -
Not sure to be honest, this time last year I was eating 300+ calories than what I am now and I was in better shape :00
