Eat fat and still lose fat?

Most people starting out a diet think that in order to lose fat you have to completely cut out fat or carbs. That is not the case. The most important thing is simply hit your macros in a controlled way. As long as you are disciplined with your eating habits you can eat 3 slices of cake a day if you really wanted to as long as you hit your protein/carb goals daily

Dont you mean 'you can eat 3 slices of cake a day if you really wanted as long as you're in a calorie deficit'
Weight loss is about the deficit, not macros8 -
Actually, you only have to hit your calorie goals to lose weight. Determining what macros to hit is a very individual decision.3

Do they?
No it's not.
No you don't have to be.
Thanks but I don't have a carb goal.3 -
Macros ratios don't really matter for weight loss, hitting the correct calorie deficit for your weight goals does.0
