Just stick to the basics. Logging everything that you eat and drink for a week will be a good indication of where you are going wrong. My goal weight is 13st 4lb. I have previously been that weight (the reason I put it back on is shown on my profile) and really didn't have anymore fat to lose so thats my target weight.

I consume around 6 to 8 pints of water in total per day btw.

It's nice to have someone at the same weight! The weight will slow down roughly at 14st but consistancy will get us to our goal! Good luck and I'm sure you'll achieve your goal.

I have an open diary you can follow should you wish. This said the foods I eat are not exactly great and the drinks will perhaps shock you but all I am focused on is keeping to a restricted diet of 1600 calories (weight is coming off fast so must be working). I also do log food and drink a day in advance to plan what I eat…

Rice cakes tend to be low in calories so would recommend you eat those if you find your cravings to be unbearable.
