November 4 Yes x3! Almost had a slip up at family dinner! There was the best chocolate cake ever for dessert and typically I would help myself to a massive slice! Instead I had a small serving to satisfy the cravings and made sure it fit into my calorie goals!

Day 3!! Still at it! Yes x3! Down 2 lbs could just be water weight but the scale hasn’t budged in a long time so extra motivation.
