Hi there. Yes, this is exactly what I do when creating a recipe. Weigh meat raw, all dry ingreds & veggies on scale. Liquids by container. Hi there. I use it in my morning coffee before I go work out at the gym because I just can't eat that early in the morning. I put it in my Greek yogurt also as it helps keep me satisfied longer. Mine is MCT oil from Now Foods, bought on Amazon. A friend told me about it & it helps me. :)

3 cups classic garden salad mix, 85g diced chicken, 60g rinsed goya black beans, 20g cabbage, 4 T black bean & corn salsa (forgot g weight) huge & only 225 calories. I drink whiskey, water & slice lemon or lime. plus a large water to sip on too. Liquor has about 100 calories per 1.5 oz so I try to not drink more than 4. I work out too on days I know I'll be drinking

It's different from the elliptical in that you don't move your arms (I have seen some with the handles though) and I feel more concentration in my glutes and hamstrings than on elliptical; which is where I need the extra work ;) I burn more calories too. i always enter my weight on all cardio machines and know that none…

30 minutes cardio mostly arc trainer & upper body this morning . Tmrrw same cardio & lower body & abs. I alternate M-Th. Friday is same cardio & total body with just walking some on weekends :)

Def. I don't talk about unless asked. Every time I'm out and see friends they asks, "Wow, you look great, how much have you lost? how are you losing weight?" Then when I tell them counting calories, cardio/weights 4-5 days a week, limiting alcohol etc... I hear crickets, lol. They don't want to hear that.
