    Fish and a ton of veggies.

    But my dinner tonight was a 20oz smoothie king high protein banana smoothie with peanut butter. Very filling and yummy.

    We eat a lot of salads with grilled chicken! Loads of veggies, just be sure to very carefully measure/monitor that dressing, as it can really add those calories. Honestly, any type of lean grilled meat with veggies (grilled veggies are especially yummy!) is a staple in our home.

    6 oz broiled ribeye with fat trimmed and 3 cups of frozen veggies. Yummy!!! Normally eat lots of chicken so this was a treat
