What's good to eat for dinner that's not heavy, but still filling and satisfying?

Fish and a ton of veggies.

But my dinner tonight was a 20oz smoothie king high protein banana smoothie with peanut butter. Very filling and yummy.

That, but more chicken. Like double chicken. Chicken is good.

Soup's a great one too, just watch your sodium and all, 'cause that's bad for you.

Tonight we are having Gluten free Mac and cheese. It's premade so just have to stick it in the oven: nice and easy.

We eat a lot of salads with grilled chicken! Loads of veggies, just be sure to very carefully measure/monitor that dressing, as it can really add those calories. Honestly, any type of lean grilled meat with veggies (grilled veggies are especially yummy!) is a staple in our home.

Thanks to everyone that replied! I usually eat chicken with rice, but I love all these ideas! Now I have new things to try out :)
