Both. Personally, I started with core exercises like crunches, planks, leg lifts, squats, and push ups (3 sets) along with at least 20 minutes of elliptical.

I log midnight to midnight as well. When I wake up I eat and log it as Lunch. Dinner is my last meal before midnight. Breakfast is my post workout protein which is around 2am.

Have a friend coming to town for St. Patricks day. I have a feeling that I am going to work extra hard to recover from this weekend.

@sdereski It sure sounds like you wont have any time to get any exercise in, but it also sounds like you had your workout with the housecleaning and laundry. You deserve a break!!
