MiSo - Coke Zero and the "New" Diet Pepsi own me. You are not alone. No tips from me for giving it up though, since I know I won't. I do drink iced tea on the weekends, but I put liquid Splenda in it, so it's really no different/better than the diet soda.

I am also confused on how it throws your fat macro "way out of the park". A large egg only has 4.5g of fat. And I agree with the other posters above me. Every part (not the shell) is good for you. According to the food bank that I volunteer at, they will accept and donate food as long as it is within 5 years. The best by date is not the expiration date. So I would go for it :)
