125. Healthy range for me is 97 to 128. So being that I'm in the healthy range now I don't think I need to push myself too hard. I was cleared the first time at 1 month (and she actually checked that time), but I had heard such horror stories of women causing damage that I waited until 3 months. Yes, she did but did not check my abdominal muscles. I'm more curious as to when others resumed and felt up to it vs should I. I realize that everyone's body heals differently and you can't tell me if I am healed over a forum.

I just plugged in the info and that's what it said. I usually take in more calories and I exercise. Although I have a hard time finding the time to exercise bc it's too hot to take the baby out in the stroller most days. I'm only 5 feet tall and very petite build.

Hard boiled eggs are a good idea. Something I can make the night before and eat one handed while feeding a baby is ideal, lol.

I'm 1200 too! I'm only 5 feet tall. I put on 46 pounds during my second pregnancy and trying to get back to prepregnancy weight.
