  • I only take into account the calories i have eaten for the day. For instance yesterday i was allowed 1510 i ate 1430 and still had 300 or so after my day according to my fitbit. I never go over my food intake or think because i burnt 200 i can eat that 200. Hope that helps :)
  • Thanks sonyacele. I am mixing my exercises up now to minday weights, tuesday cardio, wednesday floor exercises, thursday weights, friday cardio, saturday floor exercises and sunday rest. Is this enough? I am tobight alot bow and would like to hit 55kg by my 30th july 2017

  • I have been stuck since december :( always around 64kg im 5'2 so short and i cant seem to shift it. I mix up my exercises so its different and im watching what i eat. So annoyed i wanted to be 60kg by july my 29th bday and by then i would have lost 20kg since april 2014. Am i losing weight to slowly?
  • Thanks msf74 i am 5'2 so yes short lol. I am doing weights twice a week, floor exercises (squats, pushups, pullups etc) twice a week and cardio twice a week. Sundays are my rest days. Yes i do want to tone. How would i find out my muscle to weight ratio?
  • Thanks Brian, i am currently on 1530 per day. Am always under it too. I feel sick if i dont eat regularly. It sucks. I might look at skipping a snack through the day. Ive never been good at fasting :(. Thank-you for the advice
