Hey everyone. Im jerri and have been using this app on and off since i had my daughter almost 2 years ago. In that time i have since lost 15kg. Around 30 pounds i think in american terms. I have recently plateaud since december and i have stayed aroubd 64kg maybe or 120 pounds. I jeed helpe to break this. I have tried to drop my calories but i am honestly starving. I feel sick when i dont eat. So i am on 1530 calories and i try and exercise everyday...something!

Just looking for help to bust through this plateau and keep lossing. I want to lose another 10kg or 20 pounds.

Hi and welcome. How many calories are you eating a day?

Fasting is a good way to eat less without really feeling like you are. You skip a meal, commonly breakfast.

Then you eat normal size portions the rest of the day and bam, less calories consumed without that starving feeling. There are tons of articles popping up with intermittent fasting. Check it out.

Thanks Brian, i am currently on 1530 per day. Am always under it too. I feel sick if i dont eat regularly. It sucks. I might look at skipping a snack through the day. Ive never been good at fasting :(.

    Thank-you for the advice

Hi I'm a mommy to four and since my last child I can't shift any weight, :( I'm.69kg and 5'7 size 10 -12 in clothes. My eating habits are awful, only really eat at our evening meal and pick throughout the day, I'm.so tired all the time, taking iron, and multi vit plus vit b2 to try combat my migraines. Any help would be truly appreciated.

Unless you are rather short I'd be surprised if you need to drop any more weight.

You may, however, want to improve your body composition (the ratio of fat to muscle you have) if you are looking for a "toned" look (generally meant to describe a body composition of reasonable amount of muscle shown off by suitably low body fat.)

Do you do any resistance training? If not get that in your life and keep the current calorie level.

Thanks msf74 i am 5'2 so yes short lol. I am doing weights twice a week, floor exercises (squats, pushups, pullups etc) twice a week and cardio twice a week. Sundays are my rest days.

Yes i do want to tone. How would i find out my muscle to weight ratio?
