Should I only log anything over 10,000 steps? Is that what your saying above? So don't count my steps unless over 10,000?

I have an iFit but somethings wrong with it that it doesn't sync to the app anymore. Is there a way to manually add my steps? My phone steps are not accurate.

Yeah! The app is called "Running" it's a dark blue background with light blue fire on it (at least that's how it looks on my iPhone). I downloaded it for free a couple years ago.
