I like my white bread and could eat it with every meal, but I have cut out bread from meals. I find that I lose more weight and that I feel fuller for longer by not eating it. My sugar levels are more stable when not eating bread. Everyone and everybody is different.

I am trying to not eat snacks, but have bigger meals. Otherwise I bake mini muffins and freeze them. I will snack on cooked chicken breast, egg or drink water and clean to keep my self busy

You sound just like me! I have a hubby and 4 kids too. I stopped going to the gym due to cost. I am also on a small budget. To control all of this I do a menu meal plan for the week. It's up to you. If you are feeling tried and dizzy eat some of it back. Most people eat half of their exercise calories back. I think you should log it so you can keep a record of your exercise

I love mine. It stops me from sitting down to much. I don't eat back the calories unless I have been to the gym. I also like using it as a watch. I do like the heart rate bit too.

I like the idea of a vision board! How about a board with pics of health food you like to eat and a picture of your dream clothes.

My kids only got one egg. I told people we aren't doing chocolate egg, but we donate to a charity. Other wise I melt the chocolate for baking. I made rocky road brownies, cut it up and freezes it for school lunches.

I have the same thing when I am eating less food or if I skip a meal. It gets so bad that I end up vomiting. I have learnt that it's because my sugar levels are too low. Once I have some sugar I am all good.

Shakes are better than eating food you think you shouldn't. Think about what you are eating, will you put the weight back on after you stop watching what you eat? Is it time to make a change? Start with small changes In the end shakes aren't all that bad

I lost 13 kg on MFP and then I took a break for 4 months. Now I am back to lose an other 13 kg's.

I know what you mean. I have been dealing with this for years. What helps ME is to put your health first. It doesn't matter if you life around you is falling apart (or yours kids have to wait 10 mins while you eat your breakfast) your body is the one supporting you though this life.

I did WW after baby 1 & 2, but after the twins I didn't have a lot of money to spend on WW. MFP is free and works just as well

Get a Fitbit it will show you how active you are during the day

I love to use my step at home, but my two 3 year olds thinks it's fun to take over and not let me use it. It's apparently their stage!!
