  • This isn't a usual thing. So I wouldn't quit just yet. All websites have to do maintenance, it is the only way to add new features or fix issues. Maybe check later and see if those days are still missing and if they are you might want to report that so they can fix it.
  • Make some pulled bbq chicken. I use plain head country bbq. Just put your chicken in and the bbq sauce, onions optional and cook on low for 8 hours. It is so good.
  • I only drink water. But you could try an occasional 8oz sweet tea. Usually that is about 70 calories. Fresca has zero calories but I can't have carbonated beverages. You could also make yourself herbal tea. If you had just one packet of sugar that is only 15 calories.

  • I have the Charge HR 2. I love it. I think it is fairly accurate. I still eat the same amount of calories as I did before. I don't increase it for the extra steps. I only do if I do some sort of actual work out or long walk. But the calorie burn for walks seems consistent with other methods of tracking it.
