I am hoping to start college on september to do a beauty diploma. Im 26 and other on the course will be far younger and likely healthier having not had 3 kids. So i just want ro feel more confident around them. It was hard enough in the interview

I do it at home I have a chappy foldable bike but it does the job. I don't do it as much now but when I do I put on my sweat belts and sweet sweat turn up my music and poweeerrrr

Right you're all right. I know I'll feel better after a workout so I'm gonna drag my ads now. I've over eaten crap today and I have selective eating disorder so tonight I simply will have smaller portion of the healthier food I can stomach. Right music on and *kitten* in gear x

Think about the cool down and relaxation after it!ifi have a headache I do some gentle stretches first just to loosen up and feel better then build up to my full work out once in the past 3weeks I didn't do my work out because of a migrain..

Old photos of me. The thought of running after my kids and picking them up without it being a huge effort. The thought of being confident particularly for my girls and showing all three of my kids to how to be healthy. And I'm 100% sure that sex was better when I had more stamina lol what a motivation!!
