More vegetables and more awareness of portion sizes. Other than that I eat most of the same foods as I did before.

I prefer the treadmill. No worries about weather cancelling my exercise, no cars or pedestrians to dodge, and I can just concentrate on my music and run.

I'm not saying I plan my meals around having a glass of wine every night but I do somehow manage to have the calories everytime. :wink:

I am 1.8 pounds away from my goal. Again. I hit it last year but slacked off on maintenance and gained ten back. My next goal is going to be fitness. I'm starting to hear lifting calling my name.

I don't log it either. But I did see an excellent suggestion for just adding one entry per day or week for oil to cover all the miscellaneous seconds of spraying instead of doing the one-Mississippi, two-Mississippi.

I used to do her videos quite a bit. I've fallen off the fitness wagon recently. Too many DIY/Pinterest projects going. I need to get back to it. Feel free to add me.

I love them for lunch when I'm working on a project. They're quick and easy and the weighing has already been done for me. I just add a salad and I'm full until dinner.

Veggies with hummus or Hidden Valley Ranch dip, Sargento light cheese sticks, deli meat thinly sliced, Wasa crisps, Nature Valley peanut butter biscuits, biscotti or some popcorn.

3-4 times a week. I'm doing the Couch to 5k app and some machines at my gym three times a week and will usually do a Leslie Sansone walk DVD once a week just to get the extra calories. ;)

I slacked off the last week of summer and gained back a bit. Today after I drop my daughter off at school I'm off to the gym.
