How often do you exercise

I pretty much do 6-7 times per week (alternating each week) but did use to do 5-6 with a rest day. Am just wondering if people take rest days? If so how many per week?

    I'm down to 4 times per week, from 6. Tues-fri, then rest weekend/Monday.
    If I have free time on the weekend I'll go for a run.

    Monday through Friday, rest on the weekends.

    Almost every day. Sometimes life throws in a rest day, sometimes my body tells me I need one.

    4-5 days a week--probably 5 if I'm training for something like a half marathon or triathlon. I find my performance suffers if I don't take adequate rest days. At 4-5 days a week, I end up accomplishing a lot more on fewer days than if I worked out every day.

    I take 2-3 rest days a week when I'm not lifting or doing yoga.

    I'm marathon training and run 5 days a week. I walk every day. I usually do cross training on one of the rest days, but I let my body tell me if I need to rest. At age 60, I don't have the energy I used to.

    I run 4 days (as per mt half marathon training) and lift 3...so I work out 7 days a week.

    Right now, I lift three days (four if I'm bored) and run 3-5 miles two days.

    I walk 12,000 steps every day. I usually take one to two days rest from the gym all week.

    6-7 days a week. But I usually take a rest day and a cheat day on the same day. Rest day is a good thing. It helps with weight loss. I miss mine. I'm following a exercise plan I found on the net that doesn't have one yet.

    3-4 times a week. I'm doing the Couch to 5k app and some machines at my gym three times a week and will usually do a Leslie Sansone walk DVD once a week just to get the extra calories. ;)
