I'd tell him to keep his eyes on his own plate and worry about himself. You've done all the shopping, handed him the book, and are eating all shared meals on the plan. He's not just looking for excuses to quit, he's looking to blame you for his decision to quit when he does because you weren't in "solidarity" with him.…

When was the last time you had a diabetes screening? Eat more and schedule a check up with your doctor.

You should just stop talking to your mother for a while. She sounds awful.
-
Have a snack or take a sleeping pill. Maybe your calorie deficit is too ambitious if you're constantly running out of calories and hungry.

Children of bodom, five finger death punch, Opeth, tool, rammstein.

The world is big enough for Nikki Sixx and Nikki Minaj. Stop putting limits on what other people like as some random friend qualifying trait.

Your metaphors don't make any sense. And why are you setting arbitrary numbers for yourself? Mfp tells you how many calories to eat. It's basic math, if you count calories properly, you will lose weight. Lose the swagger, make a few small changes, read the guide to proper logging, and get moving.
-
That sounds like a bunch of huge changes for you all at once. And on your other post you said you want to only eat 1300 calories? You are setting yourself up for failure. Eat what mfp tells you to, pick one or two small things to change like cutting out soda and fries, and try to do 20 minutes of something every day.…

What do you mean by dieting hardcore?

I like mine. It took me a few months to work up to being able to do the full routines. It seriously kicks my *kitten* with very little impact. I put mine together myself no problem, but it is a heavy piece of equipment once all together. If you're easily discouraged it might not work for you because it's very challenging…

AA is free and may have local resources to help you. It wouldn't hurt to attend a few meetings and see what's available.

You're not alone. I sent you a friend request.

I weigh monthly. It's best for my sanity right now. I'll probably up it to every other week when I hit weightgoal#3.

Know your maintenance number. Red just means you went a little over your chosen rate of loss for that day. It doesn't mean that you aren't still on track for some weight loss. As long as you're under that maintenance number, you're going to lose weight. A mix of mostly green days with a few red is normal. You need to check…

Terry Schiavo probably had similiar thoughts before going into cardiac arrest and turning into a vegetable for 15 years before being allowed to die. Vitamin K deficiency while dieting. You're on here to get healthy, so don't ignore warning signs.
-
Go see a doctor and make them take you seriously. Cardiac problems in women are underdiagnosed and undertreated. Go get checked out and stop eating the brand of chips causing it.

Celery, spinach, and chocolate!? Bleh. Just count calories and eat real food. Your plan sounds like a great setup for a burnout in 6 weeks.

Amazon subscribe and save is awesome for bulk pantry staples. Dried beans, rice, flour, coffee, tea $150 and free shipping for 6 months supply. Bulk stores and farmers markets for produce. Dates are usually cheapest at a place like costco, same with pb2 and frozen fruits. Ditch the protein bars.

Mini vacation.

You should probably talk to your gp, therapist, and nutritionist if you need to lose weight so that you can be properly monitored and break the cycling.

When it comes to the chocolate cravings I go for hershey's kisses. The wrap slows me down and I melt each piece instead of chewing. Exercise will help. Go for a walk and do some yoga, then have a hot bath and curl up in bed.

Make things like ice cream an event. Don't buy it for the house, go to an ice cream shop and just get one portion to eat there or at a nice park nearby.
-
You sound depressed and anxious. Maybe a trip to your gp to discuss these feelings and a new therapist will help you.
-
Buy a lightweight exercise bike that folds up for storage. Use it when you watch tv or read. Good way to get in cardio without bothering anyone.

Join a gym with him. Do a few personal training consultations. He'll probably be resistant to therapy since he doesn't listen to you, but a pt might be able to help him find a new health goal and change his focus. Just do some research to find a good one before you go. Maybe talk to a few first about what your son is going…

I weigh in on the 9th of every month. That's the best schedule for my sanity.
