Hey! I'm new to Keto but have been lifting on and off for years. Trying to get back on track!

I read the launchpad and started adding more salt to my food. I'll also start drinking a cup of boullion everyday. I can tell a different already just by salting my food! I also found a tub of Amino Energy in my cabinet. Took some of that and it helped for my workout this morning.

I typically do my weigh ins on Friday(it determines whether I get a cheat day during the weekend lol) but I'll still post here on Wednesdays! SW: 200 CW: 194 GW: 150 Goal for this week is to get down to at least 193. 192 would be amazing though.

Can I join? My goal is to lose 50 lbs and I want to lose at least half that before the new year. Currently trying to eat no more than 25 carbs a day but going as far as 50g when I need it. No more than 100 on cheat days.

I did read that fasted cardio or HIIT early on would help you go into ketosis faster because you're burning off excess carbs. Especially HIIT because you'll burning for up to 24 hours after your workout. I typically workout in the evening or mid afternoon unless I go running and I've still lost. But lately I've haven't…
