Only eating twice a day
I work in an industry where I rarely get to eat at work. I try to get a good breakfast and a green smoothie in before work but I don't end up eating anything else until I get home(6-8 hours later). I don't pig out once I get home tho. Will this effect my weight loss? Will I stop losing by eating like this?

How high can I go and still hit ketosis?
I did a Keto Calculator earlier this week and it said that my recommended daily carbs should be 25g. I just finished lunch and I'm at 34g. My carb % is still kinda low at 17% but on a day like today how high can I go without extending how long it will take me to hit Ketosis?
