Hey i got the charge hr for christmas and i though it was over estimating my burn.. I think im going to get a fitbit for xmas ive been walking and working out for a few weeks now its spse to be great for motivation to get out and burn wud u use yours everyday?? And do u think it helps??

I agree fitness blender is awesome love the workouts and the website and no equipment needed or they do workouts with equipment if u prefer..

Tanx for your reply ya im findin it very difficult to stay away from chocolate everyday i love chocolate:)) so if i have calories left at the end of the day can i have my treat still?? Doesnt seem so hard if im not depriving myself so tough somedays not 2 just grab a bar or crisps when im rushing or overtired..
