As a reminder, at 19, I lost weight a lot differently than I do at 30. There are a lot of factors to consider. And if there is one thing I learned when I started my journey 1.5 years ago is when it comes to fitness, everyone is an expert :p

I agree with this 100% You look a lot smaller when you're toned and may weigh more. I found this out when I started lifting heavier!

My goals are similar. At the tail end of my journey and it seems harder than the beginning because my body is getting used to everything! it's like the last 20-30 are harder than the first 80! I feel good about my accomplishments but I want to hit my goals!!! I know I just need to push harder and I can get there!

I always do double workouts on the weekends I plan to consume a lot so I'm rocking a hard deficit. I know it's no ideal but it's better than no workout :)
