    I started at 72Kgs, now at 67 kgs and want to go upto 54kgs by Christmas. This means I got to lose 1kg per week. even if I hot the 56-57Kgs mark by Christmas, I would be happy :)
    I think I am good with dieting and exercising, but just worried I might not get to my goal despite all the hard work.
    Please help

    I went from 220lbs (just after I had my 2nd baby) to 154lbs. Then I got pregnant again lol. I can wear most of my pre-pregnancy stuff now, although I've still got a bit to lose.

    I really want to lose the weight before Christmas too! But I have a tendency to deprive and then binge :neutral: so I'm sticking to losing an easier 0.5kg a week :smiley::smiley:

    My goals are similar. At the tail end of my journey and it seems harder than the beginning because my body is getting used to everything! it's like the last 20-30 are harder than the first 80! I feel good about my accomplishments but I want to hit my goals!!! I know I just need to push harder and I can get there!

    You just have to stop eating sugar for a few days to make those cravings go away, it's hard as hell but if a sugar fiend like me can stop so can you!
