5'2" at 230lbs (SW 250). Want to lose 100+. I would like to reach 130, but I have no idea what that looks like on my body, so I will see what happens as I lose weight. I am also 46. I cannot believe I waited so long to do this.

Yes.. Talk to your doctor and Find a support group. I was a trucker's wife and the one thing I told people home alone a lot is find something to do with other people. Gym, hobbies, park, anything that interests you that gets you out of the house. Big hugs, depression isn't something to mess with, get help.

I rip the edges off buns and wraps when I eat out, at home if I have a burger, I skip the bun altogether and just eat the meat and toppings with a fork and knife. Instead of wheat wraps, I buy corn.. Way less calories. Went from double cream to one milk in my coffee. Bought low cal dressings and measure for salad. I also…

I could eat veggies forever! I also have skinless chicken breast, but I don't know if I will eat it today as this bowl was quite filling. I do what I can, when I can. I started with 5 minutes on the elliptical. With my knees, I had to do 2 1/2 - 1 break - 2 1/2. Now I can do it in a row. Do what you can, as you can. I do push myself to sweat and get that heart rate up, but I have to be realistic. :) better to do something than nothing.

This isn't an answer to your best bread, but what I like. I make this argentine chimichurri bread from scratch. I make it in the bread maker as dough, then divide it into these tiny loaf pans. My doctor said I was borderline a few weeks ago. I have to retest in 3 months. So far counting with a doable goal has been working great for me. Adding exercise is my new goal. I have wii fit and an elliptical .

Coffee is one thing I would not want to give up. I have cut back because I used to use cream. I have backed down to 1 milk from 2 creams, so I have added a couple cups back into my day. Hoping to get to black so I can enjoy my milk in a glass, or on my cereal!
