Hello Diane! I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles. There are a number of exercises that don't require balancing on your toes. The first one that comes to mind is leg raises which target the lower abdominals and hip flexors, but that's just one of many. You might consider googling, 'exercises you can do while lying…

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you have experienced. You have a strong motivation and drive for making changes. You've come to a supportive place. I wish you all the success, health, and healing you're looking for.

Feel free to add me if you like. I'm always up for sharing more motivation and support.

I work in rural healthcare. On a daily basis I see obese elderly women trundling down the hallway for medical procedures to ease the pain and suffering caused by carrying too much fat. I'm 35. Biologically, I'm at a turning point. My size and thickness is increasing. I look pregnant and struggle to reach my toes - I'm…

Seven pounds is awesome! Don't be discouraged, it will come with time. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for that explanation. I was wondering about it too.

This really resonates with me. Sometimes we do better when we feel we are being watched/monitored/mentored. I think that can be a kind of accountability.
