I had roux-n-y done in 2000. Im 6' and weighed 320. I lost 130. Wouldve liked more but didnt exercise like I should. I'm also a diabetic and in 2014 had some toes amputated and that put any exercise on back burner for awhile. I put about 25 lbs on and now am scared I stretched my pouch, I started watching what I was consuming and have lost 5 of it. I have a wedding in the family mid October and I want it gone. It went right around my m iddle. Any help with different things to eat or exercises that don't have me balancing on toes would be appreciated. Also others with same problem, I would love to hear from u

  • Eat as clean as possible. Limit your refined sugars and sodium (they are not good for your heart plus they trigger cravings). Since you're diabetic restrict your carbs, especially the refined ones. I agree with the poster above me that a calorie deficit will allow you to lose weight, but exercise is important for health. If you have access to a pool swimming is amazing for your body, low impact, and your missing toes won't be a problem.

Hello Diane! I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles. There are a number of exercises that don't require balancing on your toes. The first one that comes to mind is leg raises which target the lower abdominals and hip flexors, but that's just one of many. You might consider googling, 'exercises you can do while lying down' since this will give you the most stability.
