Actually I was thinking of using the containers with portion sizes, since I over eat on some things, and not enough of others. MFP has helped, I'm always interested in trying something new.

I blew my bursa sac in my knee a few ago. I was told by a doctor that I needed to go hiking and to get my knees up high so they weren't stuff. They were stiff because I have osteoarthritis. Thanks everyone! The only thing I'm allowed to do is the biking. I can walk on my rest days but im to go easy. I do have other knee exercises to do but I'm to concentrate on the bikini. I will increase the resistance as it gets too easy. I will try to work on my food, but no promises lol

What are some exercises that I can do to strengthen my stomach area? Its been stretched out for a very long time. That is where most of my issues are as stated about flab. I have a hard time trying to fit into clothes. Thank you in advance

*vegetable soup, not vegetarian

I like corn, green beans, carrots. My husband make a homemade vegetarian soup with the above veggies and adds peas, onions, tomato chunks. Outside of that soup I just don't know.
